1, lifting stretcher, wheel stretcher
2, shovel type stretcher
Scoop stretcher is composed of two pieces of aluminum alloy plate. When carrying the wounded, place the wounded person in a supine position, fix the neck, and then insert the left and right two pieces of the stretcher from the side of the wounded person into the back, and then handle the injured person.
3, negative pressure inflatable cushion fixed stretcher
The use of a negative pressure inflatable cushion fixed stretcher is the best tool for handling multiple fractures and injuries to the spine. The inflatable cushion can properly fix the wounded body. When in use, the cushion is inflated and then laid flat. The wounded person is placed in the cushion and the air in the bag is drawn out. The cushion can be hardened, and the wounded person is firmly fixed in it and can remain stable during the transportation.
4. Basket stretcher
Also known as Stoke Basket, there are two common types in the market: aluminum alloy type and synthetic resin type. Its shape is similar to its name, like a "boat." When transporting trapped persons, trapped personnel were placed in a stretcher, and the stretcher was tied around the front edge of the "protruding" edge of the stretcher and the trapped person was "closed" inside the stretcher. In this way, the trapped persons will not be pulled off the stretcher due to the displacement of the stretcher (such as flipping and shaking). Behind the security, there are also hidden dangers. If trapped people are overweight, and the straps tied to the front of the straps are too tight and the operation time is too long, trapped personnel may easily cause chest tightness and suffocation. The North American fire-fighting community will call the “iron coffins” (early basket stretchers are mostly aluminum alloys) when trapped people die in basket stretchers due to improper handling.
5, roll stretcher
Also known as a "multifunctional stretcher" (Sked), it is similar to a basket stretcher but is lighter (8 to 12 kg) and can be rolled up and carried in a roller or backpack. Its raw material is a special synthetic resin that is resistant to corrosion and is generally orange. Most of the roll stretchers on the mainland market are the similar products of Japan and South Korea such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang. In the North American fire protection industry, the trapping of stranded persons on the interior of a roll stretcher due to improper operation by rescue workers is called “shrouds” (the earlier roll stretchers were mostly made of high-strength canvas).
6. The basic dimensions of a rescue stretcher:
The bed of the stretcher can be adjusted to forward or backward depending on the actual operation requirements.
The back adopts lockable pneumatic spring support, which can be adjusted steplessly in the range of 0-60 degrees.
Before and after the configuration of the fixed frame, the stretcher can be installed in the appropriate position on the ambulance to lock the stretcher.
